First, thanks to Harry for the title pun. Such things are expected and forgiven at this time of year…
Absolutely*Kate, Commander-In-Chief of Harbinger*33 (it’s coming!) has been kind enough to post a story of mine, A Room at the Star, over at the Bijou. What’s more, I’m privileged to be double-featuring with Angel Zapata, who has another Magi-oriented story on the same bill, entitled El Dia De Los Reyes {The Day of the Kings}.
Please read, enjoy and have a safe and serene Christmas, Holiday, Hanukah, Kwanza, etc.
Peace and Love.
Cool blog, Ian! You've been keeping secret on us. Wonderful story at The Bijou. I can't tell you how much I enjoy your shorts and poems. Just fantastic.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the writing!
Thanks Jodi - I'm not much of a self-promoter, but I'll see if I can do more with this next year. I found the Moonshadows story again, might do something with that, maybe on a separate story blog. But first, Christmas...
ReplyDeleteHave a great one!
Well Sir Ian, you can self-promote all you urge yourself on to do this brave new year . . . but I'm sure gonna be shoutin' out your good stuff to rooftops and readers ... all the natural highs.
ReplyDeleteJodi sure called it - this is a damn cool place to hang'out -- I'll use some duct tape and hang a link over AT THE BIJOU. Oh yeah, and *thanks* for that mighty nice stuff you said 'bout me just placing your most warm-cool edgey piece up under some more deserving kleig lights.
Happiest New*Year of so many damn great possibiliies dear sir. I'm so graced to know you as I have this year. ~ Captain Absolutely*Kate
Thanks you Miss*Kate! And the Happiest of New Yaers to you and the Prof.
ReplyDeleteThat duct tape is great stuff, isn't it? I used it to repair all the flashing Xmas lights that my baby granddaughters happily pulled apart, and I used to have a car that was held together with the stuff.
Cheers!
